Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department

CloudSoft has provided the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Directorate with important services for citizens through its system, offering solutions related to vehicle and driver registration and licensing. The system delivers nearly 60 core automated services via the traffic management platform, enabling service delivery through the licensing departments distributed across the country, all connected through a dedicated communication network affiliated with the relevant security authority.

Project Features

• The system is connected in providing these services to the computerized theoretical testing system, the vehicle technical inspection system, and several service partners through the exchange of information via databases.
• Operating the electronic portal of the Licensing Directorate, through which several electronic services are provided.
• A licensing documents archiving system, which operates independently from the traffic system applications but is connected to it through data exchange or shared access to its databases.
